Hello everyone!
Let me share an exciting and proud moment from my life—winning the 1st runner-up prize at the Korat Art Toy Contest under the theme "Culture Connection in Korat". It was our first-ever competition experience as Team Molygon!

On July 30, 2024, Molygon Team joined the Korat Art Toy Contest at The Mall Korat. The 10 finalists had to present their works to the judges in under 5 minutes each. Our entry was a conceptual design called “Nong Savoei.”

Concept of Nong Savoei
Inspired by the Korat cat (Sawat Cat): A short-haired, glossy breed that's a soft power symbol of Korat Province.
Geometric shapes: Used for a minimalist and clean design.
Color: Primarily purple, reflecting elegance.
Accessories: Props such as Korat’s iconic dishes (e.g., Pad Mee Korat in banana leaf), explorer hats, and local fruits.
Vehicle: Nong Savoei has its own little car! It helps to explore various places in Korat and aligns with SP Baan Car Care’s theme of connection.
The character evolves to represent different locations in Korat. The original version includes a suitcase on the car, inviting people to explore the province. The car’s orange-and-white palette symbolizes Korat’s city identity (CI).
Gratitude and Reflection
We’re immensely grateful to SP Baan Car Care for their sponsorship and extend heartfelt congratulations to the winner. Their creation was adorable and deserved the crown! The other contestants’ works were also stunning, making it tough for the judges to decide.
A big thank you to the organizers, judges, sponsors, and all participants for such a memorable and rewarding experience. We hope contests like this continue to be organized, fostering creativity and culture! See more works>> https://www.molygonstudio.com/project/saveoy
